    Lifetime Reminder is simple to use.  Simply send us your one time fee of $39.00, and you will receive your registration packet, consisting of :

• Your Lifetime Reminder Membership Card (With Personal I. D. #)
• Lifetime Reminder Service Occasion Form
• Gift Pak Catalogue

    Simply fill out the Service Occasion Form and send it in.   In approximately two weeks, you will start receiving reminder cards in the mail, 7-10 days in advance of whichever dates you requested.  You can request as many dates as you like.  For Example:

• Your Birthday (Hey, it happens!)
• Your Spouse's Birthday
• Your Kids' Birthdays
• Your Relatives' Birthdays
• Your Friends' Birthdays
• Your Anniversary
• Your Friends' Anniversaries
• Your Annual Physical
• Remind Yourself in October to Start Christmas Shopping!

    Each year, you will be sent an update form, so you can add more dates, or remove old ones. There is no limit to how many dates you can be reminded of.   And, after your one time fee of $39.00, there will never be another charge for the rest of your life!

Lifetime Reminder also makes a great gift, and speaking of gifts, we also have a large selection of gift baskets for almost any occasion.  Simply choose one from your Gift Pak Catalogue, call the number on your Lifetime Reminder Membership Card, and tell them when you want your gift to arrive.  Gift Paks are not included in your one time fee, so you are not charged for them if you decide not to purchase any.
